目的:探讨在医学院校有机化学课程中实施美育的途径和教学效果。方法:选取皖南医学院2023级临床医学专业314名学生为教学对象，其中研究组160名、对照组154名，研究组在既往教学模式下，增加美育的融入，通过形成性评价(平时成绩占20%、实验成绩占20%、期末考核成绩占60%)和学生评教等方式评价教学效果。结果:研究组学生的平时成绩、实验成绩、期末考试成绩和总评成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组学生在教学内容、教学方法以及教学效果得分上均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在有机化学课程教学中实施美育不仅能培养学生的审美能力，还能有效提升学习效果。

Objective:To investigate the approaches to and teaching outcomes of implementing aesthetic education in organic chemistry curriculum in a medical college.Methods:314 students of clinical medicine, enrolled in 2023 in our college, were included in the two parallel classes, and assigned to study group(n=160) and control group(n=154).Students in the experimental group were given additional aesthetic education besides conventional class teaching.The teaching effects were evaluated regarding the performance in formative assessment(20%),experimental scores(20%) and final-term examination as well as the students′ satisfaction with the teaching.Results:Students in the experimental group had higher scores on the formative assessment, experiment, final-term exam and overall evaluation scoring than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scoring was higher in the experimental group than in the control group pertinent to the teaching contents, teaching mode and teaching effects(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing aesthetic education in teaching organic chemistry can not only cultivate students′ aesthetic ability, but also effectively improve their learning outcomes.
